Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and reviewed, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from our side.
