Infra Hardware sells enterprise IT hardware through its online store and through customer quotations and approved orders. Because some enterprise IT hardware products may be sourced specifically for customer requirements, returns are subject to the conditions described in this policy and require prior approval from Infra Hardware.
30-Day Return Window
Infra Hardware accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The 30-day return period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Eligible returns may include products that are no longer required by the customer, products ordered incorrectly by the customer, defective products, damaged products, incorrect products received, or other verified issues, subject to the return conditions described in this policy.
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by Infra Hardware before a product is returned.
Return Method
Approved returns must be shipped back to Infra Hardware by mail using the return instructions provided after return authorization is granted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs for approved returns.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Infra Hardware unless otherwise agreed in writing or required due to a verified issue attributable to Infra Hardware.
Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered when:
- The customer ordered the incorrect product.
- The product is defective or non-functional.
- The product received is incorrect or does not match the order.
- The customer requests a return within the applicable 30-day return period.
- The product meets the return conditions described in this policy.
All return requests are reviewed and must be approved by Infra Hardware before any product is shipped back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.
- Products must include applicable original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging.
- Products must not be installed, modified, altered, or damaged through misuse or improper handling.
- Products must meet the applicable return requirements described in this policy.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Products specifically sourced or procured according to customer requirements may have additional return restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval from Infra Hardware.
Customers must contact our order team at orders@infrahardware.com before returning any product.
After reviewing the request, Infra Hardware will provide return authorization and return shipping instructions if the return is approved.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying applicable return shipping costs for approved returns.
Return shipping costs are not included with the original order and will not be reimbursed by Infra Hardware unless otherwise agreed in writing or the return is required due to a verified issue attributable to Infra Hardware.
For verified defective products, products damaged before or during delivery, incorrect products shipped by Infra Hardware, or other confirmed fulfillment issues attributable to Infra Hardware, Infra Hardware will provide appropriate return instructions and will not require the customer to bear the applicable return shipping cost.
Restocking Fees
Infra Hardware does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
No restocking fee will be deducted from an approved refund.
Exchanges
Infra Hardware may offer an exchange for an eligible returned product, subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.
All exchanges require prior approval from Infra Hardware.
If a replacement product is unavailable, the customer may be eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy and our Refund Policy.
Return Inspection and Refund Process
Once an approved return is received, Infra Hardware will inspect the returned product.
After inspection, an approved return may be processed for a refund or, where applicable, an exchange, subject to product availability and the terms of this policy.
If a refund is approved, Infra Hardware will process the refund within 7 business days using the original payment method used for the transaction, where possible.
After the refund has been processed by Infra Hardware, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Eligible Returns
A return may not be accepted if:
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period.
- The product has been installed, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling.
- The product is returned without prior authorization.
- The product does not meet the applicable return conditions.
- The product was specifically sourced or procured according to customer requirements and applicable return restrictions were communicated before the order was finalized.
How to Request a Return
To request a return authorization, please contact Infra Hardware within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Customer name
- Order number or quotation number
- Product name or part number
- Reason for return
- Details regarding the return request
